Special Agencies

The San Andreas Board of Commissioners (SABC) serves as the official civilian oversight body for the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) and the Los Santos Fire Department (LSFD). Established to ensure transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct within the city’s emergency services, the Board plays a critical role in maintaining public trust and operational integrity.

The SABC ensures that both the LSPD and LSFD operate with professionalism, fairness, and public accountability at the heart of their mission.


Responsibilities

  • Oversight of LSPD and LSFD operations
  • Approval and review of departmental budgets and major policy changes
  • Conducting internal reviews and public inquiries into misconduct or complaints
  • Appointment and evaluation of senior leadership (e.g., Police Chief, Fire Chief)
  • Liaising with the Mayor’s Office, City Council, and the public

Structure

The Board is typically composed of 5–7 appointed Commissioners, representing a diverse cross-section of the San Andreas public. Members are appointed by the Governor or Mayor and serve staggered terms to ensure continuity.

  • Chairperson – Presides over meetings and sets agendas
  • Vice Chair – Supports the Chair and leads committees
  • Commissioners – Participate in hearings, votes, and departmental reviews

Public Meetings

The Board holds regular public meetings where citizens can voice concerns, ask questions, and stay informed about the performance and direction of emergency services.

Our agents monitor border crossings, conduct inspections, and use advanced technology to detect and deter unlawful activities. Ensuring secure and orderly border management is essential for national security and public safety.

Border Patrol Federal Officers have the power to deport and prevent re-entry if deemed necessary.

The San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) is the principal state police agency for the State of San Andreas. Although their primary jurisdiction being San Andreas highways, the agency has operational jurisdiction throughout the entire state.

Responsibilities

  • Traffic offences on or around freeways and highways within San Andreas.
  • Bailiffs tasked with enforcing or issuing San Andreas Supreme court orders.
  • Building security for buildings owned by the State of San Andreas.
  • Providing personal protection to the Governor of San Andreas.
