San Andreas Board of Commissioners (SABC)

The San Andreas Board of Commissioners (SABC) is the official civilian oversight authority for the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) and the Los Santos Fire Department (LSFD).

The Board exists to ensure transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct across all city emergency services, safeguarding public trust and maintaining operational integrity at the highest level.


Purpose and Authority

The SABC ensures that both the LSPD and LSFD operate with professionalism, fairness, and public accountability at the core of their mission. The Board functions independently of day-to-day operations, focusing instead on governance, leadership oversight, and strategic direction.

Board Structure

The Board is typically composed of 5–7 appointed Commissioners, selected to represent a diverse cross-section of the San Andreas public. Appointments are made by the Governor or Mayor, with staggered terms to ensure continuity and stability.

Roles

  • Chairperson
    Presides over meetings, sets agendas, and represents the Board publicly.

  • Vice Chair
    Supports the Chairperson and leads assigned committees or hearings.

  • Commissioners
    Participate in votes, public hearings, departmental reviews, and policy decisions.

Patriotism and Immigration Authority – Border Patrol

The Patriotism and Immigration Authority (PIA) Border Patrol is the federal law enforcement division tasked with protecting the borders of San Andreas. The agency ensures that all entry into the state is lawful, secure, and orderly, playing a vital role in national security and public safety.

Border Patrol agents operate at ports of entry, checkpoints, and along state boundaries to prevent illegal entry, smuggling, and other cross-border criminal activity.


Purpose and Authority

The PIA Border Patrol exists to safeguard the sovereignty of San Andreas by enforcing federal immigration and customs laws. The agency operates under federal jurisdiction and is empowered to take decisive action to maintain border security and uphold the rule of law.

Border Patrol Federal Officers are authorised to detain, inspect, deport, and prevent re-entry where required in the interests of national security and public safety.

San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP)

The San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) is the principal state police agency for the State of San Andreas. While its primary jurisdiction covers the state’s highways and freeways, the SAHP maintains full operational authority throughout the entire state.

The agency plays a critical role in traffic enforcement, judicial support, state security, and executive protection.


Purpose and Authority

The SAHP exists to enforce state law, ensure road safety, and provide protective and security services on behalf of the State of San Andreas. Operating under state authority, the Highway Patrol is empowered to act anywhere within state boundaries when required.
